How long does shipping take for my outdoor apparel?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming trip.
What is your return policy for worn items?
We accept returns on all items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, base layers must be unopened.
Are Bigtent Outdoor jackets waterproof or water-resistant?
Most of our outerwear features a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. Specific technical shells are rated for 10,000mm waterproofness; please check the individual product specifications for details.
How do I know which size to choose?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Our outdoor apparel generally follows a 'performance fit,' so we recommend sizing up if you plan on heavy layering.
