At Bigtent Outdoor Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all technical tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your outdoor apparel in its original packaging and include any promotional inserts or accessories that came with the order.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
